Wedding Case study

This couple had a field and a dream of an outdoor wedding in Peshastin, Washington. With guests traveling from across the country (and across the pond!), the couple wanted to keep their guests close and maximize their time together. We transformed this field (which was basically a logging yard with a beautiful backdrop) into a tent village with 20 bell tents outfitted for overnight comfort. Near the reception area, we set up 2 lifted bell tents to serve as covered lounges. When your wedding is in a field, there is no dressing room! A Safari Tent made a perfect dressing and getting ready space (we even included some curling irons and straighteners - this was the only tent with generator-powered electricity).

Though we didn’t have any onsite staff for this event, we stayed close by and remained on call. When severe weather threatened to move in, we kept a close eye on forecasts and maintained communication with our clients to make sure everyone stayed safe.
