ROCKLAHOMA AND
BORN & RAISED MUSIC FESTIVALS

In 2021, AEG brought us in to enhance VIP experiences for Rocklahoma, a 75,000 person annual festival, and a new festival, Born & Raised which takes place two weeks later. We installed 10 safari tents to serve as VIP cabanas for parties of 6 and we provided lounge seating for a stage-side VIP viewing deck. Each VIP area was intentionally styled to complement festival branding. We staffed and managed each VIP area to maintain tidiness and safety and, mostly importantly, ensure attendees were happy and having fun! Based on feedback we received from festival-goers, it was our dynamic staff that made them feel like real VIPs!

In 2022, we expanded our partnership with the festival to provide glamping services. Our glamping village included 47 tents with generator powered electricity running to each tent. We provided power strips, fans, and portable air conditioning units to keep campers cool. Glampers were invited to enjoy a self-serve coffee service each morning at our Hospitality Station. This gave our onsite staff a chance to check in with glampers, answer any questions, and fix any issues to make sure everyone was happy!
